2 Bathrooms Discover Casa Quinze, a brand new home in the heart of Algés, right where Tram 15 begins and ends. Some say this is the end of the line, others say it is where it begins: coming from the sea it is Lisbon's first stop, coming from the city it is the last. Fully renovated for up to 6 guests, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning throughout and a private balcony, it is the perfect base to explore Lisbon by day and unwind at night.
Casa Quinze was renovated from scratch with one idea in mind: a calm, bright home for both ends of the journey. The two bedrooms, First Stop and Last Stop, each have a double bed and plenty of storage. The living room brings everyone together around the dining table, with a double sofa bed and direct access to the balcony, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a quiet evening. Two full bathrooms mean no morning queues, even with a full house.

Algés still keeps the old rhythm: the yellow tram turning around, the market down the street, coffee in the palace garden. Just 3 minutes on foot you will find Mercado de Algés, a market and food hall open until late with something for every taste, and the gardens of Palácio Anjos, home to the Manuel de Brito art collection, with works by Paula Rego, Vieira da Silva and Amadeo de Souza Cardoso, and a café loved by locals. A few minutes away is the Algés riverside promenade, one of Lisbon's favourite spots for running, cycling or simply strolling with views over the Tagus. From here you can follow the river to Belém Tower, a 20 minute walk, or head the other way towards the Jamor sports area. The Vasco da Gama Aquarium is a 12 minute walk. A calm, authentic neighbourhood with supermarkets, cafés and restaurants on your doorstep.

You'll have private access to the entire apartment. Check in is fully self service: before arrival you'll receive a link with instructions to open the building door and the apartment, so you can let yourself in with no need to wait for anyone.
The Hommelier team is available by message or call throughout your stay for anything you need. Before arrival you'll also receive a digital neighbourhood guide with our local recommendations in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Stairs: the apartment is on a 1st floor with no elevator, equivalent to a 2nd floor. Please keep this in mind if travelling with heavy luggage or reduced mobility.
Laundry: there is no washing machine in the apartment.
Welcome kit: shower gel, shampoo, coffee pods, salt, pepper and olive oil offered at the start of your stay, as a courtesy. Towels and linens included.
Smoking policy: Casa Quinze follows a zero tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. Should our team identify signs that this rule was not respected (smell of tobacco, ashes or cigarette butts), we reserve the right to apply a specialised cleaning fee starting at €200.
