The space

A ground-floor house facing the garden, designed for everyone to gather at the table, unhurried. Light flows easily through the spacious rooms, and the balcony extends that sense of calm into everyday life, with the green of the garden always in view.

- No smoking inside the house
- Quiet hours from 10pm
- Only guests registered on the reservation may stay overnight

Guest access

Self check-in via lockbox, you'll receive the code before arrival, with no need to coordinate times. Full access to the house, garden and condominium pool. Free parking within the condominium itself.

Interaction with guests

The Hommelier team is available by message or call throughout your stay for anything you need. We also provide a digital neighbourhood guide with local recommendations in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Other things to note

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am.

Welcome kit: shower gel, shampoo, coffee capsules, salt, pepper and olive oil offered at the start of your stay, as a courtesy.

Non-smoking policy: Casa das Andorinhas follows a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If our team identifies signs that this rule was not respected (smell of tobacco, ashes or cigarette butts), we reserve the right to apply a specialized cleaning fee starting at €200.
Extra services available upon request:

- Extra key set, lost keys or door unlock: €50
- Extra cleaning during the stay: equivalent to the cleaning fee
- Additional bed and bath linens: €30
